World Government Summit Presentation

This was a presentation done for UAE educational system which was presented by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Education and Human Resources Council, UAE at the World Government Summit 2018.

Every child in the UAE educational system needs access to a changing skillset to prepare them for the jobs of tomorrow and to enable them to compete competitively in a global education system, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Education and Human Resources Council, UAE, said at the World Government Summit. He also added the UAE needs to “break the mould” and change the way children learn and reevaluate the skills children need, with a particular focus on science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Sheikh Abdullah also urged parents to encourage children to embrace future careers in science, technology, mathematics, arts and literature, rather than choose traditional career choices in economy or business management for job security in the public sector.
